We ask for the coopera tion of those engaging in photographing or filming
Okano-machi, Biei is characterized by its vast expanse of fields and agricultural production. In addition, you can find breathtaking natural beauty with the Tokachidake Mountain Range visible in the distance.
With the change of the seasons, the agricultural plots change and resemble patchwork on a quilt.
This sight, combined with the gorgeous view of the mountains and trees, turns the area into a major tourist attraction.
The farmers who live in this area work hard to create unique agricultural scenery as well as preserve its beauty.
We ask those that plan on photographing or filming the scenery of Okano-machi to refrain from activities that would obstruct the work of farmers.
If you plan on photographing or filming, please be respectful of other photographers and follow the proper manners and rules.
Please join us in our efforts to preserve the beauty of the scenery in this area for the sake of future generations.
